Strategies to strengthen relationships with consumers

If the solvency allows it, these companies should do, before entering the industry, market research. The research strategy should focus on the development of important issues.

Proof of concept: Does the concept a broad enough appeal to be successful? How to attract more market segments? What benefits are most attractive to potential buyers?

Product Testing: Is the physical product as good as can be? How does it compare to the competition?

Compliance with the concept: the physical product meets the expectations created by the concept? (Good products and good concepts do not necessarily go together. It’s always good to check).

Testing of the name: This should be done at first, because the name actually becomes part of the “concept” once the product reaches the market.

Cuidando el Dinero de Chiapas

El 27 de Agosto de 2006, Juan Sabines Guerrero fue elegido gobernador del estado de Chiapas en representación de la “Coalición por el Bien de Todos”. Con su llegada al poder comenzó una nueva era en el estado; una etapa de preocupación social, de manejo inteligente de los recursos económicos y de un compromiso genuino hacia sus responsabilidades políticas.

Desde 1997, Juan Sabines fungió en diferentes puestos políticos dentro del estado de Chiapas; siendo el más importante el de la presidencia municipal de Tuxtla Gutiérrez. La experiencia y el conocimiento adquirido en su trayectoria previa dentro del estado fue lo que le permitió a Juan Sabines Guerrero llegar al puesto de gobernador con un entendimiento pleno sobre las carencias y necesidades de la región.

Desde el inicio, el tema primordial de interés en su gobierno ha sido el manejo eficiente de los recurso públicos. Juan Sabines Guerrero ha entendido que para tener un estado en constante progreso, es necesario cuidar del dinero y utilizarlo inteligentemente en proyectos estratégicamente planeados y presupuestados. A partir de ese concepto nacen los programas y las leyes que hoy en día hacen de Chiapas un lugar mejor.

Juan Sabines considera que al tener un manejo adecuado y transparente de los recursos públicos, la sociedad en general se beneficia de ellos y a su vez existe un desarrollo social equitativo y constante. El gobernador cree con fervor que los impuestos y el dinero del gobierno existen con el fin único de beneficiar, por igual, a todos los ciudadanos del estado.

Fue a partir de esta preocupación que el 21 de Febrero del 2007 se dio a conocer el “Decreto que Establece Medida de Austeridad, Disciplina y Racionalidad del Gasto del Gobierno del Estado”, el cual fue expedido por Juan Sabines Guerrero. En dicho decreto, el gobernador de Chiapas se comprometió a cuidar y asegurar los fondos públicos, manejar los recursos con transparencia y de acuerdo a la ley, determinar estrategias para generar ahorros y seguir una austeridad en la gestión pública.

Entre las medidas tomadas para cumplir con sus compromisos, Juan Sabines decretó lo siguiente:

  1. No se incrementarían salarios de funcionarios de mandos medios y superiores de la Administración Pública Central, así como sus equivalentes en las entidades públicas paraestatales.
  2. La atención de los recursos se enfocaría de manera prioritaria hacia las necesidades de la sociedad y, para lograrlo, sería necesaria la automatización, simplificación y estandarización de procesos, procedimientos y estructuras que favorezcan la calidad del servicio público del estado.
  3. La creación del órgano institucional interino llamado “Comisión Intersecretarial del Gasto Financiamiento del Gobierno del Estado”, con el objetivo de fortalecer la eficacia y eficiencia de los recursos públicos de Chiapas.

Es gracias a todo esto que desde el 2007 y hasta el día de hoy, son evidentes los resultados de la política del estado a partir del manejo eficiente de recursos públicos. El gobierno de Chiapas ha podido designar dinero para la construcción de vialidades, ayudar en materia laboral a jóvenes y adultos mayores, promover el turismo y generar más oportunidades de trabajo para todos, entre muchas otras cosas.
