Punishment who Download Music illegally

In the U.S. more than 750 people have been accused lately of using file-sharing networks to download music illegally. (BBC)

These people bring to nearly 15,000 the number of cases on the same charge. All these actions are carried out by the Recording Industry Association in America (RIAA) who was the subject of our previous notes the closure of Win and donkey to bind and not allow copyrighted files on your network.

But legal action against users is a much more transcendent in which involved the invasion of privacy because the RIAA has tried to force Internet providers to hand over personal data of its users to identify and then sue.

By the time these allegations have been much more in the United States and European countries, but what happens when they get to America? Could you be sentenced to jail for that last successful download both being played on the radio?
